Knowing how people interact with your website is key to growing your business. Inita's analytics feature helps by tracking important numbers like website views, unique visitors, new clients, and online bookings. These numbers give you a clear picture of your website’s performance and customer engagement.
You can find your site's analytics in Inita dashboard, page Analytics.
In this article, we’ll go over each part of the analytics section, show you how to access it, and explain how to use this data to make smarter decisions for your site.
Key Metrics
1. Website Views
Definition: Website Views represent the total number of times pages on your website have been viewed. Each time a page is loaded (=viewed by a visitor), it counts as a view, regardless of whether it's the same visitor or a different one.
Usage: This metric helps you understand the overall interest and activity on your site, showing trends over time, such as peak days or times when traffic is highest. High view counts can indicate strong engagement, while lower counts might suggest it’s time to revisit content or promotion strategies.
2. Unique Visitors
Definition: This metric displays the number of distinct individuals (visitors) who access your Inita site during a specific period of time, regardless of how many times they view pages or return to the site.
Each visitor is only counted once. So if someone visits the sites multiple times, they’re still recorded as a single unique visitor.
Usage: The metric shows how many different people are interested in your services and offerings. Thus it helps you understand the reach of your website. A higher number of unique visitors signifies that you’re attracting new people, while trends over time can highlight periods of increased interest or engagement.
3. New Clients
Definition: Total count of unique individuals who have engaged with your site either by contacting you via "Contact Us" form, or by scheduling an appointment.
Usage: this metric helps track new client acquisition and identify how effectively your site converts visitors into clients.
You can check the clients' profiles on page Clients. For instructions on how to manage this feature, refer to help article Managing clients list
4. Online Bookings
Definition: total count of appointments booked through your site. You can view all the appointments in your Inita dashboard, on page Bookings
Usage: Along with "New Clients", this metrics indicates the acquisition and depicts the conversation rate.
