How to use the AI Business Assistant
Inita's AI Business Assistant — an AI-based tool that will help you manage Inita site and run your business. This can include managing appointments, scheduling, customer relationship management, marketing, and more.
You can ask Assistant for help updating your site's configuration and in anything related to interior design, as well as for an advice on running your business, creating content for your website and social networks, customer management and online payments, advertising and generating analysis reports of your business.
Getting started with the Assistant
You can access the Assistant right from your Inita dashboard:
1. Log into your Inita account at https://app.inita.com
2. Check the lower right corner for the chat icon:
This is your Assistant, or chat bot. Click the icon to start a conversation:
What the Assistant can help you with
- Help with editing the site and managing services
- Add new clients to the Clients list
- Schedule social posts
- Generate texts to your request and need
- Generate marketing content
- Guide through Inita features and direct to necessary pages for setup
- Consult on various business related questions, ranging from how to start to marketing tips to gain traffic
- Connect to Inita support team when needed
- Cheer you up and tell a joke :)
