If any of your services are available by appointment only, our Booking system may be of great help to arrange and manage the appointments.
Book Now button
When booking is enabled, your site will show Book now button next to each service:
On clicking the button, your clients can submit their contacts, book certain date and time and create an appointment with you. If you have Stripe connected to your Inita site, your clients can pay for the booking online.
The steps are simple: Book now button will open a booking page in a separate browser tab:
Here users can book your services:
- the time zone will be detected automatically and can be changed if needed,
- select a suitable date from the calendar,
- select available time slots,
- submit name, email, and a phone number (optional),
- click Confirm, and the meeting is scheduled:
Email notification about new bookings
Once a new booking arrives, you will receive an email notification with the appointment details:
You will be able to reschedule or cancel the event right from the email.
The same email will be sent to the client's email that he/she submitted when booking the service.
Managing Bookings
Once a client books your service, it will appear as a booking in your Inita dashboard, on the Bookings page.
In the left menu, go to Bookings:
Here you can view lists of upcoming, past, and cancelled bookings.
Adding a booking on behalf of your client
Additionally, you can add an appointment on behalf of your client:
- click Create booking button in the right upper corner,
- select a service,
- choose date and time,
- enter the user’s information and complete the booking.
Managing Working Hours
What time slots appear in the calendar, it depends on the working hours that you can change to your liking:
- in the Inita dashboard, navigate to Availability page
- enable/disable the days and and choose the time slots in which your services are available,
- click Save changes
Duplicating working hours
If you have the same working hours throughout the whole week, no need in adjusting each day. Instead, you can set up the hours for one day and then duplicate it to other days:
Disabling Appointments
If you don't want to sell your services for now, you can disable the booking:
- Head to Availability page,
- disable the toggle next to Bookings are on,
- the change is saved automatically.
All your services will now be displayed with Contact us button. It will prompt the users to the Contact section of your site.
When you decide to start selling, you will be able to enable the Bookings back.
